প্রাথমিক টেট উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের জন্য আবার  সু-খবর! বেশকিছু জেলায় প্রকাশিত হল প্রাইমারি টেটের আরো একটি  নতুন  মেধা একটি তালিকা৷ মনে করা যাচ্ছে যে  এটাই সেই কাঙিখত চতুর্থ মেধা তালিকা৷ সূত্রের খবর অনুযায়ী, হাওড়া,হুগলী ও বীরভুম জেলার প্রাইমারি চতুর্থ তালিকা প্রকাশিত হয়েছে এবং নিয়োগও প্রক্রিয়া ও শুরু হয়েছে ।এখানে কেবলমাত্র ২০১৪-১৬ টেট পাশ ডিএলএড প্রশিক্ষিতরা সুযোগ পেয়েছে বলে জানা গিয়েছে। বাকি জেলাগুলিতেও কয়েকদিনের মধ্যই প্রকাশিত হবে এই তালিকা।
