Online Yuvasree Annexure III Submission on Employment Bank of West Bengal: Yuvasree is an unemployment youth financial assistant scheme of West Bengal Government. The West Bengal Government has provided Rs. 1500/- in monthly basis for unemployed youth of West Bengal. This scheme Yuvasree or Beker Vata previously we knew by Yuva Utsaha Prakalpo (YUP). Labour Department of West Bengal, Employment Bank has recently published a notification for submission annexure iii for who already selected for Yuva Sree. From July 2015 the employment bank decided to submit annexure iii through online mode. you are requested to submit your Yuva Sree annexure iii form online within 02/01/2018 to 16/01/2018. 1. Go to Official website of "Employment Bank" of West Bengal
2. Click on " submit Annexure III "
3. Log in your Self.
4. Put your User id/Enrollment no ( Like EBXXXXXXXX123 )
5. Enter Your Employment bank Password.
6. Type the Security Code.
7. Click On "Submit" Button.

4. Enter the Security Code.
5. Then click on "Submit" button.
If Your name under yuvasree scheme then the massage Show below is like
Example:
JOBSEEKER Name: Kousik Mondal
Your previously annexure iii already submitted. And next annexure iii submit within 02/01/2018 to 16/01/2018.
3. Enter Your Jobseeker ID ( Like EBXXXXXXXXX023 )
4. Enter the Security Code.
5. Then click on "Submit" button.
If Your name under yuvasree scheme then the massage Show below is like
